For more than 15 years, I've led the programs that modernize how money moves and how organizations use their data. My work sits between strategy and delivery: I take a business goal, turn it into a roadmap engineering teams can build, and keep everyone who has a stake in it moving together until it ships and people use it.
I started by managing the modernization of the Federal Judiciary's CM/ECF platform, the system federal courts use to manage cases and accept filings. From there I consulted for Safe-Guard Products and Elavon, spent six years at US Bank/Elavon modernizing digital payments and co-leading its enterprise Agile transformation, and today lead data, AI and platform programs at Global Payments.
The thread through all of it is regulated, high-stakes work. I bring systems thinking and analytical rigor to messy programs, I build risk and compliance into delivery from day one, and I tie every decision back to an outcome the business can measure.
